About the role

  • Developing, designing, and deploying AI tools, intelligent document management, and analytics
  • Drive innovation by developing and implementing new AI/ML technologies
  • Evaluate existing documentation workflows and identify opportunities to leverage AI tools
  • Develop, oversee and coordinate the planning, execution, and completion of AI/ML projects
  • Develop and implement AI strategies for documentation

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree with preference for 5+ years or 3+ years experience
  • Application developer with hands on experience in AI/ML technologies, Python, Java, XML, HTML, and CSS style sheet
  • Strong IT and solutions architecture skills and experience
  • Previous experience in: Understanding of Dita Authoring and technical authoring tools, preferably FrameMaker
  • Experience with Translation Memory Systems and Component Content Management Systems
