About the role
- Collaborate with Sales to define and execute the go-to-market plan for Cytiva-Rockwell automation offerings
- Support sales in customer discovery sessions, handling technical objections, and articulating business impact
- Partner with upstream and downstream equipment product teams to align launch timelines and deliverables
- Create content that scales and supports our global sales teams communicate the value proposition and handle objections in the field independently
- Track launch metrics, customer feedback, and market trends; drive continuous improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology, Bioprocess Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of customer-facing experience in product launch, product management, or sales engineering within the biotech automation space
- Strong commercial acumen with proven track record in go-to-market planning and execution
- Deep understanding of automation systems (SCADA, DCS), digital tools (AI/ML), and bioprocess equipment functionality
- Exceptional communication skills: able to simplify technical concepts and influence diverse stakeholders
- Ability to travel globally 25-30% of the time supporting sales, internal team kaizens and our customers
- Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
