About the role

  • Own and execute the regional commercial strategy for the Nordic indirect markets across Digital Pathology, Advanced Staining, Core Histology and Workflow solutions.
  • Manage and drive distributor performance, including funnel quality, forecast accuracy, field activity and account prioritization.
  • Deliver sustainable year-on-year revenue growth and improved predictability across all four countries.
  • Lead joint business planning, structured funnel reviews and quarterly business reviews with partners.
  • Support key customer engagements, tenders and reference site development through regular field presence.

Requirements

  • University degree.
  • Extensive commercial experience in medical devices, diagnostics or life sciences.
  • Proven experience managing indirect sales models or distributors across multiple countries.
  • Demonstrated ownership of regional revenue, forecasting and margin performance.
  • Ability to operate independently in a remote, field-based role.
  • Strong communication skills in English are required.
  • Proficiency in Danish or Swedish is highly valued.
