About the role
- Deliver first class technical applications support and training
- Perform demonstrations of Leica Biosystems Instruments and reagents
- Promote and sell the LBS product portfolio
- Support customers throughout the entire customer journey while growing core reagent and product sales through market intelligence
- Write technical documentation for tender responses
- Conduct instrument demonstrations at customer laboratories
- Provide application support with commercial awareness to customers as required
Requirements
- Good communication skills – able to make presentations in front of different audiences and stakeholders, holding a training class
- Commercial awareness with an ability to support sales initiatives and customer interactions
- Scientific background and with a good understanding of diagnostic equipment and reagents
- Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Biotechnology, Science, or in a related field
- Fluent in Italian and English
