About the role
- Lead cross-functional team in planning and executing product development programs
- Assemble core program team and complete program planning process
- Meet design, quality, production, and milestone timing needs of the program
- Communicate project status through reports and reviews
- Identify and resolve project issues using root cause analysis
- Plan and manage all budgets and costs associated with the program
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as Program Manager in multi-national organization
- Experience with mechatronics (mechanical, electrical, software) products
- Excellent APQP and program management techniques knowledge
- Solid understanding of financial analysis and budget management
- Business-level fluency in English
- Strong Office 365 skills
