About the role
- Lead development, optimization, validation of manufacturing processes
- Manage end‑to‑end New Product Introduction (NPI) APQP activities
- Drive continuous improvement projects to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and eliminate waste
- Develop process flow, PFMEA, control plans, work instructions
- Lead fixture, tooling, and equipment selection, installation, validation
- Support production with problem-solving, root‑cause analysis, and corrective actions
- Monitor and improve key process parameters and manufacturing KPIs
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, IATF 16949 standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Quality, Production, Design, Supply Chain
- Provide technical mentorship to junior engineers and production teams.
Requirements
- 15-18 years of experience in EV drivetrain or power electronics manufacturing with Engineering graduations
- Knowledge of Industry 4.0, digital manufacturing, and automation systems
- Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt/Black Belt preferred)
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making approach.
