About the role

  • Design with support from experience designers set up instructions and work orders for execution by the laboratory operators.
  • Design new tooling for use in the Test Lab.
  • Complete tests for fixturing validation.

Requirements

  • Proficiency with Siemens NX 3-D modeling software required.
  • If the candidate does not have NX experience proficiency in another program such as CATIA, ProE/Creo, Solidworks, or SolidEdge will be considered.
  • Hands on mechanical aptitude required.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office required.
  • Experience with hydraulic equipment preferred.
  • Experience working with data acquisitions systems and PLC’s preferred.
  • We are looking for students in 3rd or 4th year in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
