About the role
- Overseeing daily operations of the organization for efficiency and productivity
- Optimizing processes and managing resources
- Monitoring performance metrics and leading cross-functional teams

Requirements
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in supervision in a manufacturing environment
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering or a related field
- Proficient computer skills with ERP/MRP applications & Microsoft Office Applications
- Strong analytical skills in forecasting & anticipating production needs and capabilities
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles & techniques
- Automotive manufacturing experience preferred
- Experience in a unionized facility preferred
