About the role
- Lead the development of end-of-line (EOL) test sequences for electric motor systems using the proprietary ODIN software platform.
- Apply advanced troubleshooting expertise in ODIN to quickly diagnose and resolve issues during prototype and production testing.
- Support and provide real-time technical assistance for production and prototype testing.
- Perform advanced data analysis, debugging, and troubleshooting of inverter systems.
- Customize and optimize ODIN test sequences for different product ranges.
- Use proprietary knowledge of the secure communication protocol XCP to deploy, maintain, and upgrade systems.
- Train and mentor engineers and technicians on ODIN-based EOL test sequences.
- Collaborate with international teams to develop, standardize, and deploy test sequences globally.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering (or equivalent qualification)
- 3 to 5 years of relevant professional experience in designing and implementing production test procedures for electric motors
