About the role
- Support and coordinate APQP processes
- Create and update Control Plans and APQP documentation
- Develop, review, and approve final inspection documentation
- Design and implement quality assurance directives and tools
- Organize and conduct quality assurance trainings
- Report quality results to management
- Actively participate in internal and external audits
- Manage customer complaints and lead 8D processes
- Handle engineering changes and recycled materials
- Oversee and document PPAP processes
- Manage customer portals and coordinate sorting in case of non-conformities
- Participate actively in new projects
- Prepare and define border samples
- Apply standards and customer specifications such as IATF 16949, ISO 14001.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in quality engineering
- Familiarity with quality assurance methodologies
- Understanding of APQP processes
- Strong analytical skills
- Proficient with quality tools such as Pareto analysis, MSA, SPC
- Ability to work in a team and independently
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Hungarian.
