About the role

  • Support lead generation and sales outreach activities, including cold-calling campaigns, and social media initiatives
  • Qualify incoming leads and ensure accurate handover to the relevant Account Managers for introductory meetings
  • Maintain and update customer and prospect information within the CRM system to ensure data accuracy and transparency across the sales pipeline
  • Assist in identifying key decision-makers and gathering relevant information to support the sales process
  • Coordinate sales-related activities, including scheduling meetings, preparing documentation, and supporting follow-ups with prospects and customers
  • Support Account Managers with administrative and organisational tasks related to opportunity management and account planning
  • Track and report on lead generation activities, pipeline progress, and sales performance against weekly and monthly targets

Requirements

  • First experience in sales administration or a customer-facing commercial role is an advantage, but not a must
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with customers and internal stakeholders via phone, email, and digital channels
  • A structured, detail-oriented working style with strong organisational and time-management skills
  • A proactive and reliable mindset, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Interest in sales processes, customer engagement, and commercial operations within a technology-driven business
  • Experience with CRM systems, sales tools, or marketing platforms is beneficial - if not, we will provide hands-on training and support
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn, paired with a positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
  • Ability to understand customer needs and support the sales team in positioning Damovo's solutions appropriately
  • Fluency in Polish and good command of English.
