About the role
- Handling regular administrative tasks (e.g., billing, reporting, routine checks)
- Maintaining and updating reports, overviews and documentation
- Monitoring compliance with defined processes and standards
- Supporting recurring PMO/SMO tasks
- Contributing to the optimization of existing workflows
- Close collaboration and open communication with adjacent teams and departments
Requirements
- High reliability, a structured approach and strong organizational skills
- Enjoyment of administrative tasks and regular routines
- Experience working with digital processes and tools
- Excellent Excel skills
- Ideally, experience with databases such as Access or SQL
- Open, clear communication style and a strong team spirit
- Independent, careful and solution-oriented working style
- Experience in the service area of an IT company is an advantage
