About the role

  • New customer acquisition across Germany’s retail sector
  • Account management, expansion and strategic development of newly acquired customers and prominent existing accounts
  • Marketing and rollout of modern digitization projects, including Mobile Device Management, WiFi solutions and Electronic Shelf Labeling
  • Cross-selling across all Damovo business areas — from Unified Collaboration & Video to Network & Security
  • Offering and positioning our Managed Services and consulting services
  • Leading sales and contract negotiations, preparing account and business plans, and owning revenue and margin for your customer segment

Requirements

  • A technical or business degree, or equivalent qualification
  • At least 3 years of sales experience in the retail sector, ideally within the portfolio areas mentioned
  • Proven track record in building and developing national or international key accounts
  • Ideally product and contract knowledge as well as sales certifications from leading vendors
  • Excellent MS Office skills
  • Excellent German and good English skills, both written and spoken
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills and a confident presence
