About the role
- New customer acquisition across Germany’s retail sector
- Account management, expansion and strategic development of newly acquired customers and prominent existing accounts
- Marketing and rollout of modern digitization projects, including Mobile Device Management, WiFi solutions and Electronic Shelf Labeling
- Cross-selling across all Damovo business areas — from Unified Collaboration & Video to Network & Security
- Offering and positioning our Managed Services and consulting services
- Leading sales and contract negotiations, preparing account and business plans, and owning revenue and margin for your customer segment
Requirements
- A technical or business degree, or equivalent qualification
- At least 3 years of sales experience in the retail sector, ideally within the portfolio areas mentioned
- Proven track record in building and developing national or international key accounts
- Ideally product and contract knowledge as well as sales certifications from leading vendors
- Excellent MS Office skills
- Excellent German and good English skills, both written and spoken
- Strong communication and negotiation skills and a confident presence
