Frontend Engineer

• You develop intuitive, responsive user interfaces with React — with a clear focus on usability and efficiency.
• You work closely with medical coding specialists, monitor user behavior, and derive concrete process and UI/UX improvements.
• You collaborate with the backend team to define API requirements and, when necessary, implement smaller backend adjustments yourself.
• You ensure high product quality through testing (unit tests, E2E tests).
• You actively contribute to the continuous evolution of the product — with proposals, UX ideas, and refactoring initiatives.

Frontend Developer – Designer

• Case approval: You review and approve cases in the hospital information system (HIS) after the medical review is completed.
• Daily system tasks: Each morning you pull the current processing list for each client, log into the respective customer systems, and carefully work through the cases.
• Documentation: You document every approval immediately by updating the status in the HIS so it is always clear which cases have been processed.
• Identifying anomalies: You report technical or process-related anomalies directly to the responsible contact person.
• Accuracy & traceability: You maintain the highest level of accuracy to ensure full traceability.
• Process improvement: You identify recurring technical obstacles or workflow issues and help make our approval processes more efficient.

• Build, maintain and ensure the quality of medical knowledge for DRG coding
• Standardize coding processes using AI-supported workflows
• Prototype new workflows
• Act as a subject-matter sparring partner between product and engineering teams
