Sales Consultant Healthcare – Progression to Enterprise Sales

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Independently build and grow a sales pipeline in the hospital market
- Identify target customers, research opportunities and define concrete next steps to build your own pipeline
- Drive outbound acquisition independently via LinkedIn, phone and other channels
- Prepare and follow up on meetings with hospitals, decision-makers and C-level stakeholders
- Support pitches, presentations and proposal documentation
- Maintain opportunities accurately in HubSpot
- Test new acquisition channels and drive your own projects
- Identify operational gaps in the sales process and actively help resolve them
- Work closely with the CEO and Sales Lead to ensure conversations result in concrete next steps
Requirements
What you’ll need- Initial experience in B2B sales, business development or key account management
- Desire to develop toward enterprise sales and to understand complex sales processes
- Experience with CRM systems, ideally HubSpot or Salesforce
- Highly independent and self-driven working style
- Enjoy prospecting and willingness to actively drive outbound activities
- Professional, clear communication with multiple stakeholders and decision-makers
- Experience in healthcare, HealthTech or MedTech
- Based in Munich or the surrounding area; 2–3 days per week in the office
- Knowledge of tenders or contract management (bonus, but not required)
- Trade fair experience in preparation, execution or follow-up
- Experience in multi-stakeholder sales with longer decision-making cycles
- Experience in a startup or scaling environment
