About the role

  • Shooting and editing short social media videos (Reels, TikToks, Shorts)
  • Independent content production with our founder Leonie during on-site shoots (Seeshaupt, Munich, Starnberg)
  • Trend-driven execution — you know what’s going viral and adapt it for a beauty/lifestyle brand
  • Close collaboration with our team and creators
  • Occasional attendance at events, trade shows, or collaborations
  • Concept development and your own ideas are welcome

Requirements

  • Experience producing video content for social media (show us your portfolio or your personal account!)
  • Confident handling of camera, lighting, and audio for mobile/light setups
  • Editing skills in CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar
  • Sense for trends, storytelling, and scroll‑stopping content
  • Self‑initiative and reliability
  • Based in the Munich / Starnberg / Oberland / Seeshaupt area (or highly flexible)
