• You will work on the further development of our hair clip — from design refinements and material testing to injection-molded prototypes.
• You will collaborate closely with injection molding prototype manufacturers and production partners.
• Your responsibilities include, in particular: further development of the shape, ergonomics, and flexibility of the hair clip
• Analysis and optimization of material behavior (e.g., flexible plastics / elastomers)
• Development of new geometries and mechanisms for better grip with maximum comfort
• Collaboration with injection molding prototyping partners (DFM, wall thicknesses, demolding, etc.)
• Creation of CAD models and iterative design iterations
• Development of design variants and new product lines
• Definition of colors, surfaces (CMF) and material aesthetics
• Support for prototype testing and product improvements
