💰 $25 - $29 per hour

About the role

  • Provide remote technical support from home office
  • Travel to customer sites approximately 20% of the time for event support, on-site service, and installations
  • Ensure responsiveness and first-time resolution to customers' requests for technical support
  • Troubleshoot and solve hardware and software technical issues
  • Create and update knowledge base articles for internal and external uses
  • Participate in technical training on new products and systems
  • Provide on-site support during customer events
  • Conduct technical and maintenance services for Control Systems and Display Systems

Requirements

  • Minimum of an associate degree or equivalent plus demonstrated relevant experience (Audio Visual/Broadcast systems)
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Strong computer skills: Internet navigation, word processing, spreadsheets, and Daktronics internal programs
  • Must be able to communicate effectively in a variety of settings
  • Must be able to work at heights or from a ladder
  • Must be able to lift, carry, and move up to 45 pounds
  • Must be fluent in English, both written and verbal
  • Multi-lingual is a plus
