About the role

  • Strategic, detail-oriented Internal Marketing Manager to lead planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns supporting the dairy category
  • Oversee cross-functional marketing initiatives to educate and influence consumer and stakeholder audiences
  • Align efforts to Dairy MAX's mission: build trust in dairy and drive demand across the category
  • Coordinate across internal teams and external partners to lead campaigns from start to finish
  • Ensure creative excellence, audience relevance, and measurable outcomes

Requirements

  • Lead the development of go-to-market strategies for internal brand initiatives
  • Translate strategic plans into actionable campaigns; manage timelines, deliverables, and budgets
  • Own day-to-day execution of campaigns from creative briefing to in-market launch, optimization, and report-out
  • Serve as strategic marketing lead across departments to ensure alignment and cohesion
  • Develop strategic briefs and partner with internal teams and creative agencies to produce messaging and assets
  • Design and manage end-to-end audience journeys across touchpoints
  • Define KPIs and measurement frameworks; track performance and share insights
  • 3–5 years of experience in a marketing role with hands-on involvement in campaign planning and execution
  • Background in food & beverage, agriculture, consumer packaged goods (CPG), or related industries strongly preferred
  • Proven ability to lead integrated campaigns and collaborate across functions
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and align stakeholders
  • Strategic thinker with an eye for detail and execution
