About the role
- Lead the development and deployment of AI-driven solutions, with a strong emphasis on Generative and Agentic AI technologies
- Identify innovation opportunities and apply automation solutions using AI platforms and technologies
- Building and deploying scalable automation solutions using AI/ML platforms, Java, TypeScript, Python, APIs
- Collaborate with Data Science, IT, and business teams to implement scalable AI solutions
- Collaborate with data engineers to build robust ingestion layers and ensure high-quality data inputs for intelligent automation
- Support enterprise AI initiatives under the guidance of senior leadership, focusing on operationalization and adoption
- Participate in automation and process improvement initiatives leveraging AI technologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI systems, including generative AI, into products and services
- Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and regulatory standards in all AI implementations
- Monitor and optimize AI model performance; develop dashboards and reporting tools for stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in data science, IT or analytics and prefer 5-7 years of relevant experience or 8 years of relevant experience in Information Technology
- Proficiency in programming languages and tools for AI development and integration
- Experience collaborating with IT and software engineering teams to ensure AI/ML solutions align with existing infrastructure
- Proficient in programming languages such as Python, Java, and C++.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills; able to translate business problems into AI-driven solutions
- Ability to design and implement API-driven solutions for seamless integration with enterprise systems
- Ability to identify and understand business issues and map these issues into quantitative questions
- Effective communication and presentation skills; able to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical audiences
- Analytical skills: Ability to collect data and establish facts, identify trends and variances; ability to integrate information from a variety of sources with varied levels of complexity
- Attention to detail, customer focus, planning and organizing, problem solving and analysis, teamwork and collaboration
