About the role
- driving collaboration between customers, dealer network, auction house and other stakeholders
- co-ordinating all returning Guaranteed Buy Back contracts
- reselling returned trucks and closing contracts
- monitoring monthly auction results
- assessing dealer offers and negotiating outcomes
- preparing and distributing dealer sales catalogues
- conducting market research for valuations
- supporting customer and dealer inquiries
- monitoring assets nearing lease maturity
- invoicing and collecting charges for wear and tear
- providing early termination quotes
- checking weekly stock inventory
- collaborating with Collections for repossession processing
- cross-training with broader teams to assist during peak periods
- participating in team meetings and initiatives
Requirements
- confident and curious problem solver
- ability to take ownership of tasks
- passion for building relationships within the used truck market
- sales and goal-oriented team player
- keen eye for detail
- understanding of the truck industry and financial services processes is advantageous
- tertiary qualification in a business or finance related field
- skill or experience with Microsoft Office applications and general computer tasks
