About the role

  • Lead and manage Salesforce projects from inception to delivery.
  • Design and develop Salesforce applications, adhering to best practices and existing platform functionality.
  • Participate in the entire software development life cycle, including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, and deployment.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope.
  • Work with other developers and teams to identify and implement system improvements.
  • Design and implement Salesforce solutions that meet business needs.
  • Participate in code reviews to ensure best practices are followed for new and existing Salesforce solutions.
  • Integrate Salesforce with external applications using Force.com APIs (SOAP and REST).
  • Stay updated with new Salesforce features and functionalities, recommending best practices to enhance existing implementations.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members.
  • Ensure best practices and standards are followed in all Salesforce implementations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in Salesforce development and delivery.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in Salesforce Project Leadership/Management.
  • Proven track record of leading and delivering successful Salesforce projects.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, and integration.
  • Experience in delivering CRM solutions using Service Cloud.
  • Experience using Copado, Salesforce DX, and Code Builder.
  • Experience in Data Cloud and Informatica Cloud IICS is an added advantage.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Automotive Cloud and Snowflake.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator

  • Salesforce Certified Application Architect
  • Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant
  • Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant.
