About the role
- Tackle design challenges head-on with a balanced and critical approach.
- Create detailed mockups and immersive prototypes, leveraging tools such as Figma and Sketch.
- Utilize insights from research and analytics to inform and justify your design choices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering and Content Design.
- Work closely with Product Managers to shape product roadmaps and contribute significantly to project outcomes.
Requirements
- Have at least 3 years of experience in Product or UX Design, with a portfolio showcasing your expertise in digital products, particularly mobile apps.
- Able to articulate design decisions effectively to stakeholders and advocate for user-centered design principles.
- Embodying a blend of optimism and humility, with a commitment to personal and professional growth.
- While your primary focus is on design, your ability to guide and influence others is a valued aspect of your role.
- Comfortable with design tools like Figma, Sketch, and others, and understand the importance of responsive design and accessibility best practices.
