About the role

  • Act as the primary bridge to the Accounting team during the month-end close
  • Serve as the subject matter expert on Gross Margin
  • Build, scale, and maintain dynamic financial models
  • Drive the creation of high-stakes content for internal leadership and external stakeholders
  • Implement and manage rigorous reconciliation processes

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years in FP&A, Corporate Finance, or a related field
  • Proven track record of building sophisticated, scalable, and dynamic financial models in Excel or Google Sheets
  • A solid understanding of fundamental accounting concepts and the nuances of the monthly close process
  • Ability to distill complex financial datasets into clear, actionable insights for senior business partners
  • A "team-first" attitude with the ability to work seamlessly with cross-functional partners and other subgroups within StratFin
  • Experience with financial systems and BI tools such as NetSuite, Anaplan, Hyperion, or Tableau (Nice to Have)
