About the role
- Lead the planning, production, and delivery of end-to-end, multi-channel marketing campaigns and internal initiatives, ensuring all assets are delivered on time and at the highest quality standards
- Build detailed project plans for diverse deliverables including brand campaigns, sales enablement materials, advertising assets, and high-touch events
- Manage the creation, review, and final delivery of all campaign materials, tracking feedback across rounds to ensure all stakeholder notes are addressed and final deliverables meet brand guidelines.
- Act as the primary administrator for Asana, overseeing all project tasks and maintaining impeccable documentation throughout the creative process
- Report out on project status to leadership and in team meetings, providing clear updates on timelines, resource allocation, and potential barriers to success
- Oversee the legal, stakeholder, and clearance processes, ensuring every asset has the appropriate approvals prior to launch.
- Manage budgets across multiple projects simultaneously, monitoring spend and maintaining cost-effectiveness across the studio
- Partner with the Director, Creative Studio to resource projects effectively, ensuring team bandwidth is optimized and high-priority initiatives are prioritized
- Handle project effectiveness tracking and reporting, providing data-driven insights to leadership on the ROI and impact of creative outputs
- Serve as the strategic liaison between the Creative Studio and internal stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, and Operations to align timelines with key business milestones
- Partner with the VP of Brand & Comms to ensure creative workflows support the broader corporate narrative and 360-degree communication strategies
- Collaborate with the creative team to refine workflows and implement process improvements, including the integration of AI tools and emerging technologies to optimize operations
Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive experience managing complex creative campaigns within a fast-paced agency, creative studio, or high-growth B2B SaaS environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Project Management, or a related field
- Proficiency in Modern Tooling: Expert-level knowledge of Asana, Google Workspace, and Figma; familiarity with AI tools that optimize creative operations is highly preferred
- Proven ability to build project budgets, monitor spend, and report on financial variances to leadership
- Strong presentation and verbal communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to distill complex project statuses into clear executive summaries
- A strategic thinker with a hands-on approach; able to anticipate needs before they arise and thrive in a dynamic environment
- Demonstrated experience in resource tracking and the ability to manage multiple high-stakes projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
