About the role
- Execute strategic partnership initiatives and ongoing relationship management for WorkDay and ADP
- Co-develop strategic initiatives with our partners including sales training, joint-press campaigns, case studies, webinars, etc
- Analyze and review performance of GTM success , including financial analysis and lead QBR sessions
- Build relationships with key sales, marketing, and account management leaders
- Lead strategic enablement and sales initiatives with our partners and internal sales leadership
- Represent DailyPay at trade conferences, partner conferences and sales kick-offs (SKOs)
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in sales/business development/strategic partnerships
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Deep understanding of sales methodologies and techniques for selling complex and compliant solutions
- Experience implementing and managing strategic growth plans and strategies
- Outstanding organizational and people skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, with an ability to professionally interact with a diverse blend of personalities to maintain strong relationship and reach resolutions
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field of study preferred
