About the role
- Managing the sourcing of goods and services to achieve availability, cost, quality, and sustainability goals
- Managing supplier relationships, identifying potential suppliers, evaluating their capabilities, negotiating contracts
- Ensuring procurement activities align with the company's objectives
- Developing and implementing procurement strategies for indirect categories, especially in logistics
- Collaborating with Logistics, Business Unit and Sales Teams to understand business needs and driving procurement activities accordingly
- Monitoring purchase orders, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services in line with business needs
- Maintaining relationships with suppliers to ensure reliable supply and contract management
- Leading Tender Master Plan for all indirect spends across the region with Logistics & Business Units
- Ensuring compliance in all procurement activities, running regular internal audits and health checks
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in procurement, preferably in logistics
- Experience in other supply chain functions is plus
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Multinational company experience is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business/Statistics or related field of study
