About the role
- Provide on-site field technical support to our installer clients on Daikin heating equipment (heat pumps), specifically:
- Commissioning (validation, configuration & testing) of systems
- Diagnostics and repairs
- Internal technical support in the same area
- Deliver training sessions
Requirements
- More than 5 years' experience in installation and/or servicing of heat pump equipment
- Experience and enthusiasm for delivering training
- English language skills (minimum B2)
- High level of autonomy in executing tasks, ensuring rigorous follow-up of activities
- Availability for travel within the national territory
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering is a plus
- Fluorinated gases certification is a plus
