About the role
- Develop and execute the commercial strategy for the Hauts-de-France / Ardennes region
- Take ownership of the P&L and sales targets
- Develop a strategic market vision
- Identify and establish strong partnerships with key customers
- Lead, motivate and develop the skills of the teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) minimum
- Proven experience managing managers
- Knowledge of the manufacturing sector and the trading/distribution of technical equipment
- Working proficiency in English required
- Knowledge of HVAC, ventilation, and building fit-out/finishing works
