About the role
- Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle for assigned product lines
- Initiate new product development requests by collecting market intelligence and sales input
- Conduct detailed technical and market comparison studies against competitors
- Coordinate with Sales and After Sales teams to collect feedback and report findings
- Finalize product specifications and features with regional sales teams
- Propose FOB target prices aligned with product features
- Support R&D by arranging competitor samples for teardown and benchmarking analysis
- Provide technical support to Sales teams and coordinate with factories
- Monitor and manage product lifecycle transitions and communicate timelines
- Prepare product presentations and deliver training sessions to teams
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related discipline)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in product engineering, product management, or a related role
- Strong understanding of HVAC or related technical products, market dynamics, and regulatory standards
- Strong analytical and market research capabilities
- Ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and factory coordination
- Good understanding of product lifecycle management and pricing strategies
- Strong communication, presentation, and documentation skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP systems such as SAP
