About the role
- Support the collection, organization, and analysis of data from different areas of the company.
- Build integrated dashboards in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik) to monitor strategic KPIs.
- Ensure the quality and integrity of the data used in reports and analyses.
- Support automation and database integration projects, connecting e-commerce, logistics, and finance systems.
- Develop management reports and analyses that support real-time decision-making.
- Serve as the central point of control and performance monitoring for the e-commerce department.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Statistics, Engineering, Data Science, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Knowledge of Python or R will be considered a plus.
- Analytical profile, strategic mindset, and strong communication skills for presenting insights.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with different areas of the company.
- Experience in Data Intelligence or BI, preferably in e-commerce.
- Experience with SQL and data visualization tools.
- Experience creating integrated dashboards and performance reports.
