About the role
- Manage end-to-end attraction and selection processes for business and technology roles (job opening, screening, interviews, posting, and vacancy follow-up);
- Manage the attraction and selection process (follow-up with hiring managers and candidates);
- Update and maintain information in the recruitment systems (Gupy, LinkedIn Recruiter, SAP);
- Support tracking and control of KPIs/metrics;
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives and improve the candidate experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in progress or completed in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, People Management, or related fields;
- Previous experience in HR, recruitment and selection, or an internship in the area;
- Good verbal and written communication skills;
- Organized and detail-oriented;
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
