About the role

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for technical positions (engineering, product and data) and business positions (Sales, Finance, Marketing, among others), being directly responsible for hiring results.
  • Manage attraction and recruitment processes for apprentices and interns.
  • Align with leadership and hiring managers to define the ideal profile for each vacancy (scope, challenges, expected impact), ensuring effective alignment before starting the attraction process.
  • Build long-term relationships with candidates and maintain an active talent pipeline for Dafiti.
  • Maintain excellent relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ensure an excellent candidate experience from first contact through onboarding.
  • Conduct onboarding for new hires.
  • Map, analyze and monitor recruitment metrics (funnel, conversion, time-to-hire, pipeline quality and SLAs).

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (in progress or completed) in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, People Management or related fields.
  • Previous experience in recruitment and selection.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organized and detail-oriented.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
  • Experience with attraction and selection tools (Gupy, LinkedIn Recruiter and SAP).
  • Good interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a team with flexibility and a collaborative mindset.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, agile environment.
  • Hands-on and organized profile.
  • Experience working in dynamic, fast-growing environments.
