About the role
- Ensure customer success and a positive experience throughout their journey with Dadosfera.
- Continuously expand customers' knowledge of the platform.
- Maintain close collaboration with Customer Success leadership.
- Support and assist in maintaining the on-site physical IT infrastructure at Dadosfera headquarters.
- Open and manage support tickets.
- Assist customers via chat, phone, email, or ticketing tools.
- Support the creation of technical documentation and user manuals.
- Ensure the proper operation of Dadosfera's on-site IT infrastructure.
- Provide on-site IT support at Dadosfera headquarters.
Requirements
- Degree completed or in progress in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related fields.
- Basic knowledge of SQL programming.
- Basic English.
- Knowledge of Linux / Shell Scripting.
- Previous experience in technology startups (a plus).
- Experience or interest in Data & Analytics (a plus).
- Experience handling technical support tickets for SaaS platforms (a plus).
- Advanced English (a plus).
