About the role

  • Ensure customer success and a positive experience throughout their journey with Dadosfera.
  • Continuously expand customers' knowledge of the platform.
  • Maintain close collaboration with Customer Success leadership.
  • Support and assist in maintaining the on-site physical IT infrastructure at Dadosfera headquarters.
  • Open and manage support tickets.
  • Assist customers via chat, phone, email, or ticketing tools.
  • Support the creation of technical documentation and user manuals.
  • Ensure the proper operation of Dadosfera's on-site IT infrastructure.
  • Provide on-site IT support at Dadosfera headquarters.

Requirements

  • Degree completed or in progress in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL programming.
  • Basic English.
  • Knowledge of Linux / Shell Scripting.
  • Previous experience in technology startups (a plus).
  • Experience or interest in Data & Analytics (a plus).
  • Experience handling technical support tickets for SaaS platforms (a plus).
  • Advanced English (a plus).
