About the role
- Provide senior-level commercial contracting and operational support to the Legal team
- Independently draft, review, negotiate, and finalize commercial agreements using approved templates
- Review and negotiate third-party terms, identify legal and business risk areas
- Support execution of complex commercial transactions
- Prepare and maintain documentation for corporate entity management
- Manage and continuously improve contracting tools, processes, and controls
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in legal studies, business, or related field
- 6+ years of experience as a paralegal or contract specialist
- Demonstrated ability to operate as a senior individual contributor with minimal supervision
- Strong experience independently drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, global, cross-functional environment
- Intellectual curiosity and commitment to staying informed on relevant laws, regulations, and industry guidance
