About the role
- Own the end-to-end RFP and bid process from qualification through to submission and handover
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional bid teams across delivery, finance, sales and subject matter experts
- Analyse client requirements and shape competitive IT service solutions aligned to client needs and D-ploy capabilities
- Define proposed team structures, staffing models and resource requirements for each opportunity
- Develop pricing models and commercial proposals in cooperation with finance and SMEs, ensuring competitiveness and profitability
- Prepare high-quality proposal documents, executive summaries and client presentations
- Manage bid timelines, governance, risks and stakeholder communication to ensure high-quality and timely submissions
- Support presentations, clarifications and negotiations with clients where required
- Develop and continuously improve bid templates, tools and processes to increase efficiency and quality across the bid function
- Willingness to provide a recent criminal record extract (not older than three months)
Requirements
- Proven experience managing complex RFPs / bids in IT services, engineering services, managed services or consulting environments
- Experience building resource plans, pricing models and commercial proposals
- Strong understanding of costing, margin, pricing strategy and bid governance
- Experience coordinating international, cross-functional stakeholders
- Comfortable working under pressure and managing multiple parallel bids and deadlines
- Excellent presentation, communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent English required; German is an advantage
