About the role

  • Monitoring and troubleshooting data platform issues during on-call rotations (L1 Support).
  • Documenting recurring issues and edge cases to build a robust knowledge base.
  • Designing and developing AI Agents that can autonomously handle common support queries and technical hurdles.
  • Collaborating with senior consultants to integrate GenAI tools into our service delivery.
  • Presenting your progress on the AI automation project to internal stakeholders.

Requirements

  • University degree (or final year) in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Foundational knowledge in SQL and Python.
  • Resilience and Reliability: The ability to manage a non-standard shift schedule (e.g. 2am–10am) every other week during the initial phase.
  • Analytical Mindset: A "builder" mentality: you don't just want to fix a problem; you want to build a system that fixes it forever.
  • Communication: Excellent English skills, with the ability to explain complex technical issues simply.
  • Interest in growing into a Consulting career path.
