About the role

  • Lead and manage global business excellence initiatives with a focus on process optimization and digital transformation
  • Analyze end-to-end processes, identify improvement opportunities, and drive automation and efficiency using modern process-mining tools
  • Act as a strategic business partner, provide expert advice, and contribute to departmental development
  • Initiate and lead sourcing automation projects, including implementation and optimization of relevant tools
  • Lead cross-functional project teams, set priorities, and ensure the sustainable implementation of improvement measures
  • Develop and implement best-practice models based on robust data analysis and system expertise
  • Document, standardize, and continuously improve processes to ensure operational excellence
  • Design and deliver training and change-management initiatives for internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

  • Several years of hands-on experience in process analysis, design, and implementation in operational environments, ideally in sourcing or procurement
  • Degree in Business Administration, (Business) Informatics/Computer Science, or a related field
  • Proven ability to identify optimization opportunities in end-to-end processes and to translate insights into measurable improvements
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills combined with solid technical understanding
  • Expertise in SAP S/4HANA and SAP Ariba (especially Source-to-Pay) and advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • Proficient with process-mining tools in a business context
  • Demonstrated project management experience implementing global processes, standards, and transformation initiatives
  • Fluent in German and English
