About the role
- Part of the commercial team reporting to the Teamlead Sales
- Work closely with Agro & Purchase -and Product Development department
- Identify growth opportunities and build relationships with key clients
- Drive sales within the food market, focusing on the EMEA region
- Develop and implement a strategic plan for growth
- Conduct research on market trends
- Identify emerging market trends and opportunities
- Establish relationships with new clients
- Achieve sales targets and monitor sales performance
- Educate clients on the company's vegetable products
Requirements
- MS / BSc degree in relevant direction
- Outstanding knowledge of the food market
- Commercial and customer oriented
- Proven track record in setting up new business and demonstrated success
- Entrepreneurial skills
- Good project management skills
- Result and action driven
- Strong communication skills
- Good analytical skills and anticipating abilities (market, products)
- Excellent spoken and written Dutch & English
- Ability to work independently
- Willing to travel (up to 25%)
