About the role

  • You act as a (Finance) Business Partner to the Executive Board and the regions/subsidiaries on all strategic and operational supply chain matters
  • You have group-wide controlling responsibility for production, logistics, quality, technology and planning
  • You actively support and prepare strategic planning for monthly forecasts and annual target setting
  • As part of an international team, you are responsible for planning, defining and implementing strategic projects to improve efficiency across the company in coordination with management
  • You are actively involved in further developing the group-wide leadership concept for the Supply Chain function
  • You are responsible for project management in the context of digitalization projects and global process optimization and standardization

Requirements

  • Relevant experience in supply chain and production controlling within an industrial/manufacturing company
  • University degree in Business Administration with a focus on Controlling, Accounting or a comparable discipline
  • SAP knowledge and experience with common IT tools
  • Fluent and confident communication skills in German and English
  • Analytical thinking and a quick grasp of complex issues are core strengths
  • A solution- and goal-oriented approach to work
  • Excellent team and communication skills as well as a hands-on mentality
