About the role
- Responsible for planning the production facilities
- Monitoring inventory levels, analysing stock variances and ensuring product availability
- Regular review of planning parameters in cooperation with production
- Managing production bottlenecks to optimise use of production capacity and meet delivery deadlines
- Controlling the ordering and production process, monitoring order rejections, cancellations and changes
Requirements
- Completed commercial or logistics training in a recognised apprenticeship or vocational programme
- Strong knowledge of inventory control, production planning and order processing, ideally in an international environment
- Experience with ERP systems and modern planning tools
- Strong analytical skills and structured, solution-oriented working style
- Confident and effective communication with different departments and across hierarchy levels
- Initiative, teamwork and a proactive approach to challenges
- Working languages: German and English
