About the role
- You will actively support our teams in the day-to-day HR activities
- You will process administrative employee enquiries in the HR Service area
- You will assist with maintaining personnel files and HR databases
- You will support onboarding and offboarding processes
- You will participate in recruiting by posting job adverts, coordinating interviews, acting as the first point of contact for candidates to arrange appointments, and independently accompanying interviews
Requirements
- You are interested in personnel work and motivated to pursue a career in Human Resources
- You are enrolled in a business-related degree program, for example (business) psychology, social sciences, business administration, or a related field
- Ideally, you have already gained first practical experience in HR
- You demonstrate a structured way of working and show strong commitment
- You are willing to work independently, contribute your strengths and continue to develop professionally
- You handle sensitive employee data with a high level of confidentiality and integrity
- You are proficient in common MS Office programs; initial experience with SAP is an advantage
- You communicate clearly and professionally in both German and English
