About the role

  • You will actively support our teams in the day-to-day HR activities
  • You will process administrative employee enquiries in the HR Service area
  • You will assist with maintaining personnel files and HR databases
  • You will support onboarding and offboarding processes
  • You will participate in recruiting by posting job adverts, coordinating interviews, acting as the first point of contact for candidates to arrange appointments, and independently accompanying interviews

Requirements

  • You are interested in personnel work and motivated to pursue a career in Human Resources
  • You are enrolled in a business-related degree program, for example (business) psychology, social sciences, business administration, or a related field
  • Ideally, you have already gained first practical experience in HR
  • You demonstrate a structured way of working and show strong commitment
  • You are willing to work independently, contribute your strengths and continue to develop professionally
  • You handle sensitive employee data with a high level of confidentiality and integrity
  • You are proficient in common MS Office programs; initial experience with SAP is an advantage
  • You communicate clearly and professionally in both German and English
