• Scheduling and deployment planning of our service technicians, taking into account appointments, qualifications and available resources
• Coordination with customers, technicians and internal specialist departments
• Creation and maintenance of service orders and master data in the ERP system
• Handling customer inquiries and managing the central service inbox
• Organizing and preparing installation documentation and supporting documentation, reporting and invoice preparation
