About the role

  • Execute and monitor the issuance of bank remittances for boleto bank slips (boletos), ensuring compliance with banking and system rules.
  • Perform the recording, clearing and reconciliation of receivables, ensuring the integrity of financial information.
  • Manage customers’ outstanding balances, performing monetary adjustments, interest and penalties, and inputting renegotiations into the system.
  • Control and analyze balances related to construction project postponements, identifying risks and financial impacts.
  • Prepare and validate calculation workpapers, ensuring adherence to contractual rules.
  • Support billing processes for insurance on sold units, ensuring correct calculation and recording.
  • Support and execute routines related to assignment of rights, contract rescissions (distratos), sales disbursements and co-obligation, interfacing with partner areas.
  • Act analytically to evaluate financial impacts resulting from system changes or changes to business rules.
  • Actively contribute to building business cases, supporting backlog prioritization with IT and Product teams.
  • Propose and lead continuous improvement initiatives, process automation and reduction of rework, focusing on operational efficiency and data quality.
  • Serve as a technical reference for the team, supporting process standardization and best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Financial Management, Economics or a related field.
  • Proven experience in Accounts Receivable, receivables management, bank reconciliation and financial controls.
  • Experience with ERP SAP and CRM systems.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, Power BI and financial calculations.
  • Experience in process analysis, internal controls and audit support.
  • Analytical and organized profile with critical thinking and a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Experience in the Construction industry will be considered a differential.
