About the role

  • Participate in the development and execution of relationship marketing campaigns and digital and in-person events.
  • Support the organization and execution of events, from planning through post-event, liaising with agencies, vendors, designers and partners.
  • Approve layouts and graphic materials, prepare briefs and take part in brainstorming sessions with internal teams and communication hubs.
  • Analyze customer profiles and monitor the customer journey and relationship lifecycle for properties.
  • Organize schedules, deadlines, spreadsheets and reports, and measure results.
  • Oversee materials purchasing, supplier contracting and inventory management/control.
  • Monitor and manage partnerships, and research market best practices to propose improvements and innovations.

Requirements

  • Experience or background in event production or event support.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with ease in drafting and interpreting texts.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint).
  • Intermediate Excel skills.
  • Experience with automation tools, reporting tools and CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics CRM is a plus).
  • Organized, deadline-oriented, with a sense of urgency and agility.
  • Collaborative, proactive, creative and innovative profile.
  • Intermediate English.
