- Successfully implement Dynamics 365 F&O (AX) financial modules for international client projects
- Provide high-quality business and software application services
- Develop sustainable and effective client solutions
- Follow structured project methodologies to ensure successful delivery according to plan
- Maintain strong business knowledge, professional skills, and client-focused behavior
- Proactively identify project risks and manage or escalate them appropriately
- Share regular progress updates with stakeholders through formal and informal channels
- Contribute to pre-sales efforts when needed
- Represent the organization with professionalism and a positive attitude
- Offer proactive advice based on industry best practices
Requirements
- Proven experience as a senior finance consultant
- 5 to 8 years of ERP consulting experience, ideally involving international rollouts
- Lead consultant on at least five full-cycle international ERP implementations
- Strong expertise in finance modules and a background in a finance-related role
- Solid pre-sales experience with strong presentation skills
- Passion for mentoring and coaching team members
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Additional language skills (French, German, Spanish, Italian) are a plus
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proactive, customer-focused, and capable of working independently
- Willing to take on extra responsibilities and challenges
- Enjoys collaborating within international teams
