About the role
- Develop and implement an effective sales plan to meet or exceed sales objectives in acquiring new clients
- You will familiarize yourself with essential details of Cynet Health services.
- You will receive lists of potential clients from the US BD team, and you will be responsible for cold-calling these prospects.
- You may also use email to contact clients, both current and prospective, to answer any questions, schedule meetings with the US-based BD Team, or reschedule meetings as needed.
- Accepting calls from prospective clients as they arise.
- Fielding basic questions and concerns about the staffing services we offer.
- Scheduling a follow-up between the prospective client and a BD Representative.
- Keeping a detailed log of calls, including those which were not answered.
- Using CRM to document and assign leads.
- Attempting to contact prospective clients whom you have been unable to contact.
- Exploring and cold calling into new markets to develop an understanding of the business segment, and potential needs for our services, and set up appointments for follow-up for our US Team
Requirements
- Two years' experience in lead generation work.
- Computer Competency.
- Awareness of business trends.
- Great communication skills, phone, and email etiquette
- Healthcare Staffing experience is helpful but not required
