About the role

  • Develop and implement an effective sales plan to meet or exceed sales objectives in acquiring new clients
  • You will familiarize yourself with essential details of Cynet Health services.
  • You will receive lists of potential clients from the US BD team, and you will be responsible for cold-calling these prospects.
  • You may also use email to contact clients, both current and prospective, to answer any questions, schedule meetings with the US-based BD Team, or reschedule meetings as needed.
  • Accepting calls from prospective clients as they arise.
  • Fielding basic questions and concerns about the staffing services we offer.
  • Scheduling a follow-up between the prospective client and a BD Representative.
  • Keeping a detailed log of calls, including those which were not answered.
  • Using CRM to document and assign leads.
  • Attempting to contact prospective clients whom you have been unable to contact.
  • Exploring and cold calling into new markets to develop an understanding of the business segment, and potential needs for our services, and set up appointments for follow-up for our US Team

Requirements

  • Two years' experience in lead generation work.
  • Computer Competency.
  • Awareness of business trends.
  • Great communication skills, phone, and email etiquette
  • Healthcare Staffing experience is helpful but not required
