About the role
- Lead daily coordination, tracking, and execution for key health plan and channel partner relationships, including helping manage deliverables, communications, and internal follow-ups.
- Manage the sales process to support top of funnel growth opportunities and be responsible for collaborating with Partner Sales and Account Management teams to effectively communicate Cylinder’s value proposition and differentiation in market.
- Identify and source employer deals within partner frameworks, ensuring alignment and activation across all stakeholders.
- Contribute to the creation and upkeep of partner-facing resources such as pitch decks, email templates, FAQs, and co-branded collateral in collaboration with the Growth Marketing team.
- Work with Sales, Health Plan Growth, Implementation, Client Success, Marketing, and Product teams to support successful partner launches, campaigns, and growth initiatives and help track progress against partner goals and maintain visibility into upcoming opportunities.
- Monitor and report on partner-driven revenue, engagement, and member outcomes. Use data insights to identify opportunities for growth and enhanced collaboration.
- Assist with all aspects of the partner lifecycle from onboarding and integration to ongoing expansion and renewal.
Requirements
- 7+ years of hands-on experience working with self-insured employers, payers, and TPA’s or previous experience in onboarding and ongoing management of large enterprise or strategic clients in a health-oriented industry
- Demonstrated success in consultative sales, building trust-based relationships with complex stakeholders by identifying needs, aligning solutions, and guiding clients through strategic decision-making processes
- Proven ability to identify and drive new revenue opportunities across product lines
- Experience managing a book of business, owning client impact, reporting, and improving client relationships
- Strong cross functional collaboration skills with a history of partnering effectively with sales and client success teams
- Proven experience partnering with leadership to develop and executive growth strategies that align with business objectives
- Excellent communication skills with ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
