  • Align with OEMs and strategic partners to deliver mission-focused solutions

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 10 years of technology sales, business development, or account management experience in the Federal market
  • Demonstrated success selling into Federal Civilian agencies
  • Proven track record of developing pipeline, expanding accounts, and closing complex opportunities
  • Strong understanding of Federal procurement processes, acquisition cycles, and compliance requirements
  • Experience managing pipeline, forecasting, and account activity in Salesforce (SFDC)
  • Ability to work across technical, operational, and partner teams to support coordinated growth strategies
  • Strong executive presence and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to generate and shape opportunities through direct customer engagement
  • Deep understanding of Federal Civilian buying environments and mission priorities
  • Strong pipeline discipline and opportunity qualification skills
  • Ability to align technical solutions to mission outcomes
  • Skilled at coordinating internal teams and partner ecosystems around priority pursuits
  • Strategic thinker with strong tactical follow-through
  • Persistent, accountable, and highly collaborative
