About the role
- Define and execute the company’s global alliances strategy, aligned with corporate growth objectives and GTM priorities.
- Establish the company as a preferred MDR / services partner within key ecosystems (Microsoft, Google, CrowdStrike, SailPoint, CyberArk, Splunk, Palo Alto, etc.).
- Identify, prioritize, and onboard new strategic partners that expand service offerings, market reach, and competitive differentiation.
- Build and maintain senior executive relationships (VP, SVP, GM level and above) across partner organizations.
- Act as the executive sponsor for top-tier alliances, driving joint planning, QBRs, and long-term roadmap alignment.
- Represent the company externally at partner leadership meetings, advisory councils, and industry events.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations to design and execute joint GTM motions, co-selling models, and partner-led pipeline generation.
- Own alliance-sourced and alliance-influenced revenue targets, with clear KPIs and accountability.
- Enable field sales teams with partner value propositions, playbooks, and enablement programs.
- Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, SOC Operations, and Delivery to ensure partnerships are operationally viable and scalable.
- Influence product and services roadmap decisions based on partner capabilities and market demand.
- Build and lead a high-performing alliances team as the program scales globally.
- Define partner tiers, incentives, certification requirements, and success metrics.
- Oversee partner agreements, joint business plans, and compliance with partner program requirements.
- Track and report alliance performance to executive leadership and the board.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in alliances, partnerships, business development, or GTM leadership within cybersecurity, cloud, or enterprise SaaS.
- Proven experience building and scaling strategic partnerships with major technology providers such as Microsoft, Google, CrowdStrike, CyberArk, SailPoint, Splunk, Palo Alto Networks, or similar.
- Strong understanding of MDR / MSSP, SOC operations, cloud security, IAM, and enterprise security architectures.
- Demonstrated success driving measurable revenue outcomes through alliances.
- Prior experience operating at the executive level, reporting to C-suite leadership.
- Experience working in or alongside Microsoft Security and hyperscaler ecosystems.
- Background in services-led or hybrid SaaS + services business models.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence internally and externally.
- Builder mentality—comfortable with ambiguity and scaling programs from the ground up.
